A buyer does not pay for the Estate Agents costs, but the seller does. Again the charges vary considerably. Some offer fixed prices, others charge on the basis of a percentage of purchase price. Some will charge separately for advertising.

It is important to remember that an estate agent works in the interests of the seller not the buyer.
